Disclosed is an oil-separating barrel component of a screw compressor, comprising: an oil-separating barrel (4), an end cover (401) being provided on an end part of the oil-separating barrel; an oil-separating filter screen (6), being provided in the oil-separating barrel and forming a separating chamber (402) with the end cover; and a stream guide assembly, wherein the stream guide assembly separates the separating chamber into an upper part and a lower part, and an isolating chamber (403) for accommodating an exhaust pipe (5) is also arranged in the stream guide assembly. The stream guide assembly is used to provide a centrifugal speed to the air stream, which is exhausted by the exhaust pipe, when leaving the stream guide assembly, such that the oil and the air are separated, and the separated refrigeration oil flows into an oil accommodating cavity via the clearance between the oil-separating barrel and the oil-separating filter screen. Further disclosed is a screw compressor having the oil-separating barrel assembly. The oil-separating barrel assembly can prevent the air stream from disturbing the separated refrigeration oil and avoid the problems that the oil-separating effect becomes poor and the oil level is not stable.
