摘要 The invention relates to a framework, in particular a plant construction framework, comprising a plurality of tubes (200, 201) and connectors (1) arranged therebetween. Furthermore, the invention relates to a connection element for connecting tubes. Finally, the invention relates to a mounting method for such a framework and/or connection element. Here, at least one of the tubes (200, 201) is releasably connected to the connector (1) by way of fastening means (373, 385). According to the invention, the connector (1) has a basic shape which, for each releasable tube (200, 201), is configured with a receptacle (10) which corresponds to the cross section of the tubes (200, 201) and which has a stop surface (12, 13) which is complementary to the tube end. The connector (1) has a through-hole (14, 16) along the longitudinal axes of the releasable tubes (200, 201). According to the invention, the mounting method provides that the clamping part (2, 3, 4, 5) is prestressed with respect to the connector (1) by way of a centring ring (20, 22) and an inner circumferential elastic sealing element (1282) arranged facing the connector (1), and the releasable tube (200, 201) is subsequently plugged onto the clamping part over and beyond the inner circumferential elastic sealing element and against the connector (1) in order then to tighten it against the connector (1), with the inner circumferential elastic sealing element (1282) being forced further radially outwards.
