PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective mixing method of a polymer and structural filler particles.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for increasing the fluidization of a fluid passing through a mechanical process device where particles being the ones with not-flat three-dimensional shape having sharp edge parts in which the fluid has the velocity (U) of the flow and the velocity (u) of the flow in a boundary layer, the starting diameter of the particles is defined as a height being u=0.99U measured vertically to the surface, for attaining one among the improvement of the dispersion of an additive, the improvement of the surface quality of the fluid going from a mechanical process device, the increase of the throughput of the fluid passing through the mechanical process device with a fixed amperage in a mixed cycle and the increase of stirring velocity without increasing motor output, the dimensions of the particles are adjusted, the particles are dispersed into the fluid, the particles are moved to the boundary layer of the fluid to promote the mixing by the rolling of the particles in the fluid, the mixing of the rolling of the particles occurs in the boundary layer, and the reduced frictional force in the fluid boundary acting on the surface of the mechanical process device can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
