PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a phenomenon (meniscus) that a liquid surface of culture solution in a culture vessel used in microscopic observation curves due to surface tension to enable accurate observation.SOLUTION: A cell culture vessel comprises a vessel body 3 and a pressing member 9. The vessel body 3 has a recess part 7 for housing cell culture solution C. The pressing member 9 is a member which is removably fitted in an upper side of the recess part 7, and has a bottom surface 23a which comes in contact with a top surface of the cell culture solution C in a fitted-in state, and an air bubble emission part 13 which allows air bubbles in the cell culture solution C to be emitted to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
