PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sous-vide circulator cooker for home sous-vide cooking particularly suited for use in home kitchens or on small kitchen tables.SOLUTION: The cooker includes a detachable stainless steel skirt 112 which allows cleaning of the stainless steel skirt itself and cleaning of a heater and pump covered by the skirt. The stainless steel skirt also prevents plastic components from being directly wetted during use of the cooker. A configuration of the stainless steel skirt to allow water pump impellers to be exposed allows users to remove food debris or the like remaining inside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
