COFFEE DRINK CONTAINING LACTOSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactose-containing coffee drink having high drinkability, capable of suppressing alteration of flavor caused by high temperature sterilization and/or storage in the heating state.SOLUTION: A milk-containing coffee drink is obtained by subjecting to high temperature sterilization, a liquid mixture obtained by mixing lactose and glucose with a coffee portion. The drink satisfies following conditions: (i) the lactose content (a) in the drink is 0.2-0.9 g/100 g, (ii) the concentration ratio [(b)/(a)] between the lactose content (a) and the glucose content (b) in the drink is 0.2-15, and (iii) a milk solid content is below 3.0 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
