The present invention discloses a sensor module that can be installed on an existing manhole cover on site through a simple operation and that constitutes a manhole data collection/processing system capable of being used semipermanently in a maintenance-free manner, without replacing a battery. The sensor module includes a measuring unit, an electric power source unit, and a communication unit and is installed on a manhole cover. The electric power source unit includes a thermoelectric power generation module for generating electric power by using a temperature difference between a first heat-transfer part that is thermally connected to the manhole cover and a second heat-transfer part that is thermally connected to a heat radiation part in the manhole and drives the measuring unit and the communication unit by using electric power generated by the thermoelectric power generation module, thus allowing measurement data from the measuring unit to be externally transmitted via the communication unit. |
