A multifunctional bulletin board according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a first plate (10) made of a nonwoven fabric or a synthetic resin; a buffering plate (30) having a front surface attached to the rear surface of a second plate (120) and having a rear surface attached to the plywood of an existing bulletin board, the buffering plate (30) providing a cushion force and thereby playing a buffering role; and a bulletin posting means (100) for posting bulletins on the front surface of the first plate (10). |
