The present invention relates to a mineral carbonation method of carbon dioxide and, more particularly, to a method to perform mineral carbonation of carbon dioxide, which comprises: a step of passing carbon dioxide through concentrated water generated from a seawater desalination process; a step of obtaining sediments from the concentrated water which carbon dioxide passes through; and a step of making a reaction between fly ash and the concentrated water with sediments removed. In the present invention, the mineral carbonation method of carbon dioxide effectively fixates carbon dioxide by using fly ash and the concentrated water without a separate pretreatment process, thereby providing a mineral carbonation method of carbon dioxide, which utilizes industrial wastes in an environment-friendly way.
