摘要 The present invention relates to a heating system having a hot water function, wherein hot water is available by installing a heat exchanger for heating direct water in a heating distributor for distributing heating water to each room, and a valve for supplying heating water to the each room and a valve for supplying direct water to a heat exchanger are integrated into a single three-way flow control valve in a simple structure, and since the opening degree of the three-way flow control valve is adjusted so that the total flow rate is set per each house, when it is used only for heating, there is no need to have a separate constant flow valve. Thus, the present invention provides a heating system having a hot water function, wherein a plurality of valves for each room are equipped between a supplying pipe distributor and a returning pipe distributor, a heating medium necessary for heating circulates into each room, and an heat exchanger in which direct water of water supply flows is equipped at ends of the supplying pipe distributor and the returning pipe distributor, thereby generating hot water during heat exchange with the heating medium. The heat exchanger is connected to ends of the supplying pipe distributor and the returning pipe distributor on one side, and is connected to a direct water pipe and a hot water pipe on the opposite side; a three-way flow control valve is equipped between the returning pipe distributor and the heat exchanger; and since a returning pipe is equipped in the three-way flow control valve, the three-way flow control valve connects the returning pipe distributor to the returning pipe when heating, and the three-way flow control valve connects the heat exchanger to the returning pipe when using hot water.
