PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system and the like capable of alleviating monitoring burden.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an air conditioning system comprising: an air conditioner that includes an activity amount calculation unit calculating an activity amount of a person present in a room; and external transmission means transmitting the activity amount of the person present in the room calculated by the activity amount calculation unit to an external information terminal at certain time intervals or when a request from the external information terminal is received.
