A control method for a fresh air heat exchange air conditioning system, comprising: S1: powering up and initializing a main unit; S2: detecting indoor temperature, t, and a range of indoor/outdoor temperature difference, Δt, comparing the indoor temperature, t, with a preset indoor temperature maximum, t1, and a preset indoor temperature minimum, t2, also comparing the indoor/outdoor temperature difference, Δt, with a preset indoor/outdoor temperature difference, t3, selecting an operating mode for the fresh air heat exchange air conditioning system on the basis of comparison results, repeating step 2 while proceeding to step S3; and, step S3: transmitting power to an air supply fan (8) and an air exhaust fan (9). An alternate method is such that step 3 in the previous method is brought forward as step S2, while the other steps are pushed back. The fresh air heat exchange air conditioning system comprises a main unit controller (1), an outdoor temperature sensor (2), an indoor temperature sensor (3), and a fresh air heat exchanger (4). The outdoor temperature sensor (2), the indoor temperature sensor (3), the air supply fan (8), and the air exhaust fan (9) are electrically connected to the main unit controller (1) while the main unit controller (1) controls switching of operating modes of the air conditioning system. |
