PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which can construct reciprocal relation between a publisher of an advertisement and an issuer of a coupon.SOLUTION: A user uses a user terminal device 11 to access a coupon site provided by a server device 12 and to request a coupon desired to acquire. In response to a request, the server device 12 randomly selects one of a number of quizzes stored beforehand and transmits to the user terminal device 11 question/correct answer data indicating questions and correct answers of the quiz. In accordance with the question/correct answer data, the user terminal device 11 displays the questions and the correct answers, then displays only the questions, and prompts a user to input the answers. When the user inputs the answers, in the user terminal device 11, the answers and the correct answers are collated. When they are matched, the user terminal device 11 notifies the server device 12 of the correct answers.
