PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a highly reliable fiber optic system.SOLUTION: A fiber optic system includes a fourth optical fiber (14) which is made of a triple clad fiber and inserted between a third optical fiber (13) made of a double clad fiber for amplifying light and a fifth optical fiber (15) made of a single clad fiber for transmitting light amplified by the third optical fiber (13), and also includes heat dissipation sections (18 and 19) at connection nodes (P4 and P5) between the third optical fiber and the fourth optical fiber and between the fifth optical fiber and the fourth optical fiber, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
