PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel electronic apparatus in which a user can browse information regardless of a location, input information by directly touching a keyboard displayed on a screen or indirectly touching the keyboard with a stylus pen or the like, and use the input information.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a first transistor electrically connected to a reflective electrode, and a photo sensor, on one substrate. A touch-input button 1031 displayed on a first screen region 1033 of a display portion 1032 is displayed as a still image, and a video signal is output so that a moving image is displayed on a second screen region of the display portion 1032. The electronic device includes a video signal processing portion for supplying signals to a display element of the display portion, the signals being different according to the one of: a case where a still image is displayed on the display portion 1032; and a case where a moving image is displayed on the display portion 1032.
