PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic material with an improved performance for electroceramic devices.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a ceramic material comprising lead zirconate titanate, which additionally contains Nd and K. The ceramic material has a composition represented by the following formula: Pb1-(3x/2)-aNdxK2aVPb(x/2)-a(Zr1-yTiy)O3, and the parameters have the limits: 0.0001≤x≤0.06; 0.0001≤a≤0.03; and 0.35≤y≤0.60, where VPb represents lead vacancy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
