PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a polyester resin composition which has low shrinkage and excellent mold release properties while maintaining a high mechanical strength, provides excellent surface properties and external appearance for a molded article thereof as well as excellent external appearance when deposition is performed thereon, and is not susceptible to the occurrence of fogging even in high temperature use; an injection molded article; a light reflecting body base; and a light reflecting body.SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition is characterized by including 0.1-20 parts by mass of an inorganic filler (B) having an average primary particle size of 2.5 μm or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of a resin component (A) which includes polybutylene terephthalate resin pellets (A1) and a polyester resin powder (A2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
