ADAPTERS FOR USE BETWEEN SURGICAL HANDLE ASSEMBLY AND SURGICAL END EFFECTOR An adapter assembly (200) of a surgical instrument (10) comprises a housing (202), an outer tube (206), and a first drive converter assembly (240). The outer tube (206) has a proximal portion supported by the housing (202) and a distal portion configured to be coupled to a surgical end effector. The first drive converter assembly (240) is disposed within the housing (202) and the outer tube (206) and includes a first end portion (242a) configured to be coupled to a rotatable drive shaft of a surgical instrument (10), and a second end portion (242b) configured to be coupled to an axially translatable drive member of a surgical end effector. The first drive converter assembly (240) is configured to convert a rotation of a rotatable drive shaft of a surgical instrument (10) to an axial translation of an axially translatable drive member of an end effector.
