PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal sound analysis device capable of accurately identifying an abnormal sound such as a knocking sound.SOLUTION: An abnormal sound analysis device 10 includes a microphone 14 for detecting an engine sound, and a processor 18 for determining occurrence of knocking based on a signal obtained from the microphone 14. The processor 18 separates the signal obtained from the microphone 14 into a plurality of frequency bands, and determines a start point at which an abnormal sound occurs and a peak point in each of the frequency bands. A time (angle) of each start point and a value of each peak point are displayed as a dispersion part on a display 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
