PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article handling apparatus, in which articles are supplied without shortage and in a dispersive manner to each pick-and-place device at the pick time of each pick-and-place device in all of a plurality of pick-and-place devices from an upstream side to a downstream side.SOLUTION: An article handling apparatus 100 comprises a widthwise closing header device 40 for displaying an article 1 in the widthwise direction of a transport device 10 so that said article 1 may be displaced in the width direction of a transport device 10 toward the pick setting range R of a downstream side pick and place device 30D between the pick setting range R of the pick-and-place device 30D on the upstream side and the pick setting range R of the pick-and-place device 30D on the downstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
