The present invention relates to a cooling water treatment method and an apparatus for preventing corrosion in a cooling water circulating system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cooling water treatment method for preventing corrosion in a cooling water circulating system which is capable of maintaining pH of the cooling water within a specific range by measuring pH of the cooling water and then allowing the cooling water to selectively pass through an ion exchange resin based on the measured outcome. In addition, the present invention further relates to an apparatus thereof.
