PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring AC impedance of a powder sample with which resistance inside particles, contact resistance, and interface resistance can be accurately measured.SOLUTION: A method of measuring AC impedance of a powder sample includes the steps of: storing a predetermined amount of measurement target powder 9 inside the measurement container 1 including a side wall part 2 formed of an insulator, a bottom part 7 provided with one of metal electrodes 7b, a lid part 8 provided with the other of the metal electrodes 8b, and having a pressing device 10 connected to the lid part or the bottom part 7; moving the lid part 8 in the bottom part 7 direction or the bottom part 7 in the lid part 8 direction with the pressing device 10 by a predetermined amount to apply a predetermined pressing pressure to the measurement target powder 9, and thereby bringing the density of the measurement target powder 9 to a predetermined value; outputting a constant voltage AC or a constant current AC from an AC power source of an impedance analyzer to between one of the electrodes 7b and the other of the electrodes 8b to apply an AC current or an AC voltage to the measurement target powder 9; and analyzing impedance of a current or a voltage generated by the application of the AC current or the AC voltage to the measurement target powder 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
