PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow facsimile transmission to be finished after a reception side receives a report indicating that correction has occurred in a received document image without wasting already printed literature even if the document image is corrected after facsimile transmission start.SOLUTION: A multifunctional device 1 comprises an image reading unit 110, an image memory 120, a facsimile communication unit 140, a change instruction reception unit 102, a data change unit 103, a determination unit 106, a function determination unit 107, and a report image generation unit 108. If the determination unit 106 determines that data to be a change processing object is data on a page already transmitted by facsimile, the function determination unit 107 determines whether an opposite multifunctional device is an enabled device or not. The report image generation unit 108 generates a report image indicating contents that are changed by the change processing.
