PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing device which enables more effective processing to a product to be processed with laser.SOLUTION: A laser processing device radiates a laser beam to a surface of a product to be processed 100 in the presence of a liquid to process the product and includes: a gas supply mechanism 34; gas containing liquid generation mechanisms 36, 38, 39 which add a gas from the gas supply mechanism to the liquid to generate a gas containing liquid; and a processing state formation mechanism 15c which forms a state, in which at least a portion of the product 100 to be processed is filled with the gas containing liquid from the gas containing liquid generation mechanism, in a processing tank 11. The laser processing device radiates the laser beam to the portion of the surface of the product to be processed 100 which is filled with the gas containing liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
