The present invention relates to a device for exercise posture analysis and a method for generating exercise posture analysis information, the device, when analysis is required for the change of movement of weight in particular in the posture of a user during an exercise such as golf, enabling the expression of analysis information with high intuition and visibility, thereby solving problems with existing technology and enabling the user to easily recognize the user's problem with the exercise posture, solution for the problem, or the like on the basis of the exercise posture analysis information. To this end, a device for exercise posture analysis, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a pressure sensor plate for measuring the distribution of the pressure of user's feet due to the weight of the user during an exercise; a display unit for displaying exercise posture analysis information about the user; and a control unit for measuring the size and position of the user's feet by using measurement information of the pressure sensor plate, mapping a preset image of the feet, and overlapping the mapped image of the feet and the measured distribution information of the pressure of the feet and then displaying same by means of the display unit. |
