Provided are an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus, which fall within the technical field of displays. The array substrate (1) includes a metal pattern (3), an insulating layer (4) covering the metal pattern (3), and an electrode pattern (5) formed on the insulating layer (4); the insulating layer (4) is provided with a through hole (6), and the electrode pattern (5) is electrically connected to the metal pattern (3) via the through hole (6); and one part of an area where the through hole (6) is located is overlapped with the metal pattern (3), and the remaining part is disposed outside the metal pattern (3). The array substrate and the manufacturing method therefor solve the technical problem that a contact resistance between a pixel electrode and a drain electrode of a TFT is relatively large and can be applied to display apparatuses such as a liquid crystal television, a liquid crystal display device, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like. |
