The present invention relates to a red ginseng milk beverage containing black garlic and a preparation method thereof, wherein black garlic juice, red ginseng or ginseng juice, and gintonin are mixed with a dairy product to prepare a milk beverage. More specifically, the present invention relates to a red ginseng milk beverage containing black garlic and a preparation method thereof, which comprises: black garlic juice having maximized drinking properties and efficacy of garlic; red ginseng or ginseng juice having enhanced in-vivo absorption rate; and gintonin, glycolipoprotein isolated from ginseng, so that the milk beverage has optimally a function of black garlic and a function of saponin to provide excellent functionality and enable convenient distribution and drinking, thereby allowing the milk beverage to satisfy demand of contemporary people who favor functional health food. |
