The present invention relates to a joint plate which couples a beam and a rebar to an upper portion and a lower portion thereof. The joint plate comprises: a body portion; an upper coupling groove which is formed as a groove depressed in a beam shape on the upside of the body portion; and a lower coupling portion to which the rebar is inserted and coupled on the downside of the body portion. According to the present invention, even when a boring depth is changed, installation of a rebar and adjustment of a length are easy through the joint plate. In addition, even when the boring is performed to a deeper depth, connection is easy through easy coupling of a length-adjustable rebar and a joint plate in a field.
