The present invention relates to a photocurable coating composition for forming a polymer duplication layer imprinted with a mesh-type electrode pattern which is located between a substrate and an electrode layer for the purpose of forming a mesh-type electrode layer composed of metal or conductive materials on the substrate. More specifically, the present invention relates to a photocurable coating composition for forming a polymer duplication layer imprinted with a mesh-type electrode pattern, which is excellent in release properties required for a master mold made of metal materials or polymeric materials and also excellent in adhesiveness to the mesh-type electrode made of metal or the conductive materials. The present invention further relates to a method for forming the mesh-type electrode using the same.
