The present invention relates to a hollow enzyme fomentation apparatus using an enzyme. In particular, the fomentation apparatus main body (110) consists of a hollow tubular body, wherein the main body (110) comprises: an inner tube (111) where a fomentation space (S1) is formed in the center of an inner side; and an outer tube (120) having a fermentation tank (S2) which ferments fermentation fomentation material put outside the inner tube (111). The fomentation material is periodically stirred without manual stirring operation by an operator by providing air into an air gap through reverse stirring the fermentation fomentation material inside the fermentation tank (S2), while the fomentation apparatus rotates by driving a decelerator motor (M) when fermentation heat temperature of the fermentation fomentation material is low inside the fermentation tank (S2) of the fomentation apparatus main body (110), and a stirrer (130) provided in the fermentation tank (S2) rotates based on a stirrer shaft (131). |
