A packet transmission method of an interface circuit comprises the steps of: packaging a plurality of data to a payload form; storing information on a packaging status of the data to any one among a header, the payload, or a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) area including a transmission error verifying code of the data; generating a transmission class packet by coupling the header, the payload, and the CRC area; and outputting a packet including the transmission class packet.
