PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of making notification, taking measures, and the like by making determination or the like of packing-related abnormality.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a cooking chamber in which a heating target article is heated and cooked; a grill door provided on the cooking chamber; a packing provided between the grill door and the cooking chamber; an exhaust acceleration fan 66 provided in an exhaust path 63 communicating the cooking chamber with an outside of a main body; wind velocity detection means 63A for detecting a wind velocity of gas discharged from the cooking chamber; control means determining whether the wind velocity detected by the wind velocity detection means 63A increases to exceed a predetermined range on the basis of a relation between the number of rotations of the exhaust acceleration fan 66 and the wind velocity and the wind velocity detected by the wind velocity detection means 63A; and an upper surface display for notification of abnormality of the packing on the basis of determination of the control means. |
