The present invention relates to a wedge type foundation structure having a foundation and a scour prevention function and a method for constructing the same, which can stabilize the bottom of the river, stably install a foundation portion of a pier, and specifically, can be easily applied to a small pier having no foundation portion which is a footing portion. According to the present invention, a wedge type foundation structure having a foundation and a scour prevention function comprises: a pier (1) of which a bottom portion is mounted on the bottom of the river; a foundation plate (10) having a scour prevention function to support the pier; and a wedge means fixating the pier and the foundation plate having a scour prevention function. |
