Provided is a functional medicine for treating a waste railroad tie formed by mixing a base material formed to have composition ratio of 25-35 wt% of oleic acid, 25-35 wt% of myristyl alcohol, and 17-23 wt% of alkylbenzene; and an auxiliary material including 8-12 wt% of sericite, 4-6 wt% of metaphosphate, and 4-6 wt% of natrolite. The present invention relates to a technique of treating creosote oil of a waste railroad tie by manufacturing a functional drug by an environmentally-friendly material. |
