The present invention relates to a method for preparing red ginseng granules by using red ginseng powder. The red ginseng granules according to the present invention comprise only 100% of red ginseng powder and water as main ingredients and are prepared by granulation based on a fluid bed assembly process, thereby allowing the red ginseng granules to have excellent dispersion and wetting in cool or warm water and be capable of being packaged in a predetermined amount when a small amount thereof is packaged using a stick pack or a tetrahedral pouch. Accordingly, the method for preparing red ginseng granules and the red ginseng granules prepared thereby can be useful in a market for functional foods containing red ginseng powder as a main ingredient.
