摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pulley shaft of a belt-type continuously variable transmission which can reduce a load of a process, can improve productivity, can consider an environment by reducing the discharge of a carbon dioxide, and as a result, can shorten the process, and the pulley shaft.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a pulley shaft of a belt-type continuously variable transmission comprises: a forging process S01 of forming a first intermediate body by forging a steel member; a facing process S02 of forming an outside surface of the first intermediate body; a heat treatment process S03 of obtaining a second intermediate body by heat-treating the outside surface of the first intermediate body after the facing process S02; and a threading and deburring process S04 of forming a thread part at a thread-scheduled part after removing a heat-treated layer equivalent portion of the thread-scheduled part of a shaft part possessed by the second intermediate body.
