A portable vibratory electronic device actuated by audio frequencies encoded in electric analogical signals resulting from an activator elements, comprises: an ergonomic plastic carcass including a circuit for processing audio frequencies encoded in electric analogical signals, where at least two vibration engines, a standard audio connector, an ON-OFF switch and an inner battery for supplying electric power to the audio processor circuit are connected thereto. The invention has a universal design with braille language to be used for people with or without impairments. The invention is intended to: emit oscillatory vibrations that oscillate in a simultaneous manner as the audio frequencies encoded in electric analogical signals for wakening in an opportune manner a user with or without impairments and/or with a heavy sleep, including a vibrotactile stimulation system in handicapped people and/or people with pronunciation or speaking difficulties. |
