The present invention provides a portable fumigation apparatus for controlling tree diseases and insect pests. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the portable fumigation apparatus for controlling tree diseases and insect pests controls diseases and insect pests of an infected tree, and comprises: a main body having an accommodation space whose upper portion is opened to store a prescribed quantity of the infected tree; and a cover mounted on the main body to be opened and closed to seal the opened upper portion of the accommodation space, and coupled to the main body by a stopping part which is operated when operating a handle.
