The present invention relates to a louver type ventilation window preventing rainwater from being introduced from the outside and has an improved structure to improve ventilation performance. According to the present invention, the louver type ventilation window is an opened type ventilation window installed in a building to ventilate the inside of the building and comprises: a frame (10) installed in an opening portion of the building; and a plurality of louvers (20) coupled to be vertically spaced from each other to the frame. The louver (20) comprises: a main louver (21) disposed to protrude from the frame toward the outside of the building and disposed to be tilted downward from the frame toward the outside of the building; and an auxiliary louver (22) disposed to protrude from the frame toward the outside of the building and disposed on an upper side of the main louver.
