The present invention relates to a Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus pumilus, and Bacillus laterosporus strain mixture promoting plant growth; a microorganism preparation for promoting plant growth comprising the strain mixture or a culture medium thereof as an active component; a biological fertilizer for promoting plant growth comprising the strain mixture or a culture medium thereof as active component; a method for manufacturing the biological fertilizer comprising a step of culturing the strain mixture; and a method for promoting plant growth comprising a step of soaking or spraying a plant or a seed of a plant in the strain mixture.
