The present invention relates to a drainage-integrated prefabricated bathroom floor plate having a waste pipe and a drain pipe of a bathroom of an apartment house therein. The prefabricated bathroom floor plate comprises: a waterproof plate which has a same area as that of a bathroom floor comprising: a floor and sides formed in a polygonal cylindrical shape by a vacuum forming method to integrally form a plurality of support portions; a drain pipe which includes an FD collecting wastewater of a bath, a washstand, and a floor constructed on an upper portion of the waterproof plate and connected to a standing pipe; a waste pipe which discharges wastewater of a toilet; and upper plates which cover the drain pipe and the waste pipe, and are fixated and installed to a support upper portion to attach tiles to an upper face thereof. Accordingly, the prefabricated bathroom floor plate capable of simplifying a construction of a bathroom without a process such as a separate waterproof construction is provided. |
