<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection while enhancing connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor comprises a capacitor element (4), collector plates (14A, 14B) installed on the element end face (6) of the capacitor element and connected with a positive electrode 8 or a negative electrode 10, and having a first arcuate connection surface (24) in the side surface direction of the capacitor element, and a terminal member (a positive electrode terminal 30A, a negative electrode terminal 30B) having a second circular connection surface (40) concentric to the connection surface of the collector plate.
