A back pressure groove which is formed in a plate coming into contact with a side surface of a rotor and is communicated with a high pressure chamber is formed in such a manner as to copy an annular locus drawn by a base end of a vane which slides within a vane groove while coming into slidable contact with a cam surface of a cam ring, at a time when the rotor rotates one time. |
