<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article display device capable of easily varying a shape according to installation environment. <P>SOLUTION: The article display device 10 includes: a plurality of width variable shelf 20; and a joint structure 100. The width variable shelf 20 includes: a pair of lateral boards 21, 22 arranged oppositely; and connection bodies 30 which are arranged to stride over the lateral boards 21, 22 to connect the lateral boards 21, 22 so that the boards relatively move in the width direction, as well as supports a magazine MG for storing articles. In the width variable shelf 20, the number of magazines MG which can be supported by the connection body 30 is varied by changing the facing interval of the lateral boards 21, 22.
