摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sweet red bean jelly containing a Viscum album extract for improving antioxidant activity, and the sweet red bean jelly manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing sweet red bean jelly containing a Viscum album extract comprises: an agar adding step of adding agar to water to heat the agar in the water; a sugar adding step of adding sugar to the heated agar, and then heating the sugar-added agar; a kidney bean paste adding step of adding kidney bean paste to heat the kidney bean paste-added agar after adding the sugar and heating the sugar-added agar; and a shaping step of pouring the kidney bean paste-added agar into a shaping frame, and hardening the kidney bean paste-added agar after adding the kidney bean paste and heating the kidney bean paste-added agar. The method for manufacturing sweet red bean jelly containing a Viscum album extract further comprises a step of adding the Viscum album extract.
