The present invention relates to an electroplating composition of a low thermal expansion three-element-based alloy of iron-nickel-cobalt and a low thermal expansion three-element-based alloy of iron-nickel-cobalt electroplated by the same. More specifically, the three-element-based alloy of iron-nickel-cobalt having low thermal expansion properties is manufactured by an electroplating or an electroforming method, and has a thermal expansion coefficient equal to or lower than 1 x 10^-6 m/m·°C. An electrolyte (plating, forming) solution for manufacturing the three-element-based alloy of iron-nickel-cobalt and a process condition or the like suitable for mass production are developed. |
