The present invention relates to a construction method of an underground structure, which comprises the steps of: a) constructing a launch base on the front surface of a work section where an underground structure is installed; b) performing an earthwork of the work section while constructing a retaining wall whose one side is exposed and installing supports and a supporting roller on the exposed surface of the retaining wall; c) entering a structure body for the underground structure, which was previously made in the outside, from the launch base into the work section and entering the structure body for the underground structure while consecutively removing the supports placed on the front surface for the underground structure.
