The present invention relates to a safety locking device for a quick coupler to safely couple a working apparatus to a quick coupler coupled to a front end of an arm of an excavator. The safety locking device for a quick coupler comprises a safety locking means having a fixing hook, an operating hook, an operating side hitch, and a fixing side hitch. Moreover, provided is the safety locking device for a quick coupler, which enables a length of an operating bar which is in contact with an external side surface of the operating hook to be interlocked and operated to be adjusted, thereby preventing malfunction and operation inability of the safety locking means.
