Disclosed are an electronic device, an on-chip memory device, and an operation method of an on-chip memory. The on-chip memory device comprises: a plurality of intellectual properties (IPs); and a memory module which includes a storage area, monitors memory traffic of at least one of the IPs, and controls a use of the storage area based on a monitoring result. According to the on-chip memory device, the electronic device, and the operation method of an on-chip memory of the present invention, stable communications can be ensured in an application processor-communications processor (AP-CP) one chip structure, memory latency for a code required for a real-time process of a CP can be ensured, and the communications bandwidth can be improved in the AP-CP one chip structure. |
