The present invention relates to a soldering flux and, more specifically, relates to a soldering flux capable of being heated at high temperatures having excellent solderability. The present invention enables a coating of the soldering flux, and preliminary heating of the substrate to be soldered at the same time by heating the flux to be in contact with a surface to be soldered of a board to be soldered. |
